An entrepreneur since age 12; a Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, with a over 30 year background in Sales, Marketing, Management, Live Broadcasting/Stage Production, and Sports Development.

Recently moved to the San Francisco Bay Area (from Chicago area, having lived there for 30 years, after graduating from the University of Notre Dame) to aid his sister in the care of our 92 year old mother.

In his personal life, Mr. Eady is the proud father of two outstanding young men.  His experiences as a father influence his extensive work with youth and families throughout the city of Chicago.  He was also a member of the Board of Directors of his church.

 

His Life’s mission is to Inspire and Educate over 1 million families/business owners live a healthier, happier, and more prosperous Life of Value.

Mr. Eady has:

• Develop and managed a state wide research project for the Indiana State Museum.
• Handled recruiting, training, motivation and best practices for increasing sales of a 13 state area, handling over 70 Costco stores.
• Had a record of success, taking the Midwest region territory from the worst to the best, then one of the best for months, including winning a national region vs. region sales contest.
• Had a Strong track record of sales and marketing performance, including being named the top performer in State of Illinois and in Northeast Region.
• Responsible for the development of a “Black Enterprise” advertorial on the Indianapolis PAN/AM games.
• Conducted interviews with business executives and community leaders, including the then Senator Barack Obama andthe late John H. Johnson, founder of Johnson Publishing Company.
• Produced video projects for the Federal Government’s Small Business Administration, The Illinois State Department of Transportation, the DuSable Museum, and the Cosmopolitan Chamber of Commerce.
• Live Show Director for Nike’s Chi-League Basketball Tournament (2016).
