Jacques Eady is the founder of Insight Solutions A&M. Insight Solutions is a multi-dimensional development company that provides expertise in the areas of broadcast/stage production, sales and marketing. For over 24 years Mr. Eady has successfully engaged in production for organizations such as the Small Business Administration, Illinois Department of Transportation, the DuSable Museum of African American History, and the Cosmopolitan Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Eady’s role as a television director/stage manager for more than 17 years has given him a unique perspective not held by many others in the field. He is certain to familiarize himself with every aspect of the event from planning to coordinating, to execution. 

Mr. Eady’s knowledge of the field is vast as he also possesses the flexibility necessary to produce live television hence his success in working with Fox News, Central City Productions (Bud Billiken Day Parade), Apostolic Church of God (Christmas Glory Program) and Nike as the Live Show Director of their 2016 Chi-League basketball tournament. Those who work with Mr. Eady appreciate his capability, professionalism and intuition which all work together to get the job done right. 

In his personal life, Mr. Eady is the proud father of two outstanding young men.  His experiences as a father influence his extensive work with youth and families throughout the city of Chicago.  He was also a member of the Board of Directors at Christ Universal Temple.
