“ProActive Parent Rules”*

I AM NOT ALLOWED TO GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT MOMMY OR DADDY, or who ever is taking care of me!

If I am out of the House I MUST ALWAYS BE ABLE TO SEE MOMMY OR DADDY OR WHO EVER IS TAKING CARE OF ME, if I cannot see them I will be in Very BIG TROUBLE!!!

1- Food & Drink:

"I am only allowed to eat & drink what I eat & drink at home. I am only allowed to get food & drink (even water or Juice) from Mommy, Daddy, my (babysitter/teacher) (Ms. Name), or someone Mommy or Daddy say I can. I am not allow to to eat/drink, from any other persons cups/plates"

2- PRIVATE AREA:

"NO ONE! is allowed to TOUCH my PRIVATE AREA. My private areas are where I go #1 & #2. A Girls private area is where she goes #1 & #2 and where mommy's feeds their baby. I am not allowed to touch anyone else Private area(s)".

3- HITTING:

"NO ONE is allowed to HIT ME. If someone tries to hit me, I BLOCK them and YELL, "STOP" I don't like that, If you don't I'll have to push you down real hard, then I go find a Teacher or Mommy/Daddy. If they keep it up after I've warned them, I block them, and push them so hard they fall down, and then I go find a Teacher or Mommy/Daddy. I am not allowed to hit anyone.

4- PICKING ME UP-Taking me anywhere:

NO ONE is allowed to take me anywhere accept Mommy, Daddy, except in EMERGENCY Aunt Xxxxxx, Ms. Xxxxxxt, Grand mom or Aunt Xxxxxxa (if mommy or daddy say so). NO MATTER WHOM THEY ARE or WHAT THEY SAY!!! We did not but some people use an emergency secret word.

5- Taking anything from Me:

No one is allowed to take anything away from me. If someone tries, I say, "STOP, I am not done playing with it. You can either play with it with me, or wait until I am done. If they still try to take it from me, then I tell the teacher. If someone's paying with something I want to play with I wait until his or her done.

6- Speak Positively Always:

We only call people by their name, never call them thing that are not positive. We Only call adults: Mr. or Mrs. (Their last name, Ms. Adams). And answer to adults Yes Sir/Mam or No Sir/Mam!

And I'd someone calls us non-positive, We just Do Not Answer to it. Remembering, that what other people think about us is "Not Our Business".

7- Daddy's phone number is 312-XXX-XXXX (#3 times).

IF ANYONE BREAKS ANY SAFETY RULE I AM a TO TELL My teacher, or any TEACHER, than MOMMY & DADDY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Also added the following:

*8- I live in xxxxxxx Park, the city of Chicago, the state of Illinois; my country is the United States of America. ***

9- Today, I continue to Relax, Pay Attention, and have Fun, in ALL I do.

10- 911: If SOMETHING HAPPENS and Mommy/Daddy, or my babysitter needs help! I get a phone, push 911, wait for someone to ask me "What is the problem/matter", then I tell them,& they will send help, and I stay on the phone!!!

Alway have One, Two, Three:

One - Your LegalShield App: If anyone asks you for your ID. You are to give them your ID and show them your LegalShield App. "If they ask what it is, you say "My Dad/Mom (mentor/coach) said that if any person of authority asks me for my ID, I was to give it to them along with **LegalShield App, and ask them to read it"

Two - Your House Keys

Three - Your Cell phone (fully charged).
